Mrs. Jaffray and Mrs. Harris work with 5th-graders each morning to bring important information for the day to all Glenhope Gators. The GATR News Team is in charge of writing, directing, and producing a live broadcast each day. The different News Team roles include:

Script Manager
Meteorologist
Other On-Camera Reporters
Character Education news, special announcements, and important upcoming events are shared each morning. Students watch the GATR Morning News in their classrooms, with the announcements being broadcast onto a large screen through GCISD Class Link.
