Kindergarten is such an important time in your child’s life and I am so fortunate to be a part of this special time. I graduated from Long Island University - CW Post in 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and in 1988 with a Master's Degree in Reading Education. I have been teaching for 28 years; two years in first grade and 26 years in kindergarten (with a nine year hiatus in between!) This is my 22nd year teaching kindergarten at Glenhope and my 18th year serving as the Kindergarten Team Leader.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books on my kindle, traveling (especially to the beach,) getting pedicures, listening to live music, shopping and most importantly, spending time with my girls.
