3rd Grade ASPIRE Academy Teacher
I am so excited to begin my 33rd year teaching in Grapevine-Colleyville. My teaching experience includes fifth grade, third grade, and I am now beginning my tenth year teaching third grade in the ASPIRE Academy. The ASPIRE Academy blends my love for teaching and learning with my passion for gifted students.
I received both a B.S. and Masters Degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in Reading from the University of North Texas. I also received an Endorsement in Gifted Education from Hardin Simmons University.
I have lived in this area my entire life and am a very proud fifth generation Texan! I have been married for 32 years and have two amazing children, Tanner and Haley, who live in the area and are both involved in careers that they love.
